A few months ago I did an e-mail interview with a Belgian graphic journalists named Ben Heine. As compensation for doing the interview (which was for a project related to his journalism degree) Ben offered to create a portrait of me. Seemed like a fair deal. This is the result and I am honored. I really like to fact that he drew me in the mannerist style of Pontormo, which my art history professor Mom is sure to appreciate. By

My talented colleagues at the Citizen Lab, Ron Deibert and Nart Villeneuve, talk about their product and I give a short comment about the role of business in the last 40 seconds.
No, this isn't a joke. Since last summer I've been submitting commentary to a program on Aljazeera English called The Listening Post. I knew that my comments were being broadcast but I had never seen the program until today when one of the show's producers very nicely sent me a link. The show is about the Iraqi government stopping its reporting of civilian casualties. My comment is at the end, around the 3:10 minute mark.
