Sarah is currently a full-time graduate student in the Organizational Change Management Program at Milano, The New School for Management and Urban Policy. In her studies, Sarah is pursuing a focus on leadership and organizational development for social change.
From 2002 - 2009, Sarah worked with the nonprofit Women's Prison Association, creating a leadership and advocacy program for formerly incarcerated women, co-founding a national policy center, and working to expand the national conversation about gender and criminal justice.
Sarah is a 2008 recipient of Jewish Funds for Justice’s Cornerstone Award and a member of Selah, a national network of Jewish social justice leaders.
She is an alumna of the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program and a graduate of Vassar College.
