It's really incredible, or maybe not so much so. The thing is that after being one and a half days completely immobile, without walking farther than to the kitchen to fix myself some quick meal, and doing no further exercise than pressing the keys of my keyboard for consecutive hours, today, before I get to the pre-christmas dinner I'm invited to, I decided to do some push ups, some sixty in sets of twelve.
