Dillon Gee, the right-handed pitcher, had an outstanding
performance this week in the Mets game playing vs. The San Diego Padres. The
game was so good and the offense was so synchronized with Gee that the Mets had
a 7-3 victory over them.
On Wednesday’s game Gee not only showed confidence but also
threw six and two-thirds innings. He threw his breaking ball for strikes, said
Manager Terry Collins. Gee admits that one of the reasons of the success on
